*what a month!!!*

How should i begin?

May 2010 was...terrific yet terrible. Terrific because of my south korea trip (love it!!!) and terrible because i dont think i can be any more unlucky than what happened in this month. In summary, i didnt get the honours i wanted despite all the hard work, injured my myself on the first day of my korea trip and had to limp about throughout almost the whole trip, gps died on me while i was in the weirdest location plus ear piece failed to function properly, but the worse of all...a flat tire! While i was driving alone! And my parents had to be away! Daddy didnt even teach me how to handle this! I almost died of panic. In the end, luckily jerry drove to meet me but still we were both noobs (he claimed that bm never gives a flat tire...) so i just let the service men handled everything. Threw my money away just like that. Well, at least i know now. Thanks jerry for being there and baby for listening to my complaints throughout.

Dramatic day! I am sooo driving a bm in future.

Happy stuffs now...

KOREA!

Here are some pictures...

Me in korea in a flash...

First look and we saw "stars"

Experiencing the cold...

the wilderness...

the magnificent beauty...

and their rich culture.

With endless soju drinking...

local food tasting...

and local traditional games playing.

Been to the dramas filming locations...

made our own kimchi...

and lived like a true korean.

That's not all. We had so much fun at Everland...

at the ice gallery...

and even along the streets.

And to top it all up...

we had the cutest 1.84m hunk as our guide
(i'm not that short...just didnt stand straight).

Our guide MyunGoo even brought some of us whom got closer to him out for a heavy drinking and partying session on the last night. Got to experience their local drinking styles and their ktv. Ultimate fun. But best of all, he paid for everything! Because he said it is in the korean culture that the eldest does the paying. We felt bad so we tipped him hard. Real hard. =)

Here are some of the beauty products i bought. Amazingly, I only spent about 800 bucks during the whole trip. Will definitely be heading there again, maybe some time next year. Love it so much. Their people...their culture...their idols...their music. Oh by the way, i am rather into kpop so perhaps i am a little bias here. Hee...

Tried making fried rice with the kimchi i bought. Wanted to follow how mc mong did it in the variety show 2 days 1 night. It was okay. I guess i lacked the red pepper paste. Oh well.

love, yaya
